Papers are to be submitted through the online submission tool. The content of the paper should be original and directly relevant to one of the conference topics.

Prior to submission, please ensure that all articles have been thoroughly proofread and checked for accuracy. Please note that changes cannot be made during the review process. However, if your paper is accepted, minor revisions may be allowed before the final submission and camera-ready stage.

It is important to address the comments provided by the Scientific Committee and Editors. Failure to address the given comments may result in the decision to not proceed with publication.

Formatting Guidelines

Papers must be in English and must be not less than 10 pages in length. The most common types of papers accepted for publication are full papers (10–20+ pages) and short papers (minimum 10+ pages). Papers must be formatted in accordance with the [formatting guidelines (link)]. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables in their manuscripts.

Figures and tables should be positioned within the text where they are intended to appear, ensuring clarity and ease of viewing.
